This time allows us to ensure your kitchen tools, garden planters, or children's toys are meticulously inspected and securely packaged for their journey to your home.
2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Time
We currently ship within the United States. The estimated shipping transit time is 5 to 20 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs procedures.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress right to your doorstep.
4. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we pack our items (like delicate glass and ceramic) with great care, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and notify us at services@cozyhomemarket.top within 48 hours of delivery. For packages lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will reship your items at no cost to you, provided they are in stock.
